Transparency by design
CityBright is built on the idea that trust comes from clarity. Fees, tutor rates and referral rewards all follow clear, consistent structures, with no hidden charges or unexpected mark-ups. For each placement, a straightforward hourly fee is agreed with the family and a clear hourly rate is agreed with the tutor.
When the Equitable Referral Scheme applies, any referral reward is paid entirely from CityBright’s margin. It does not reduce the teaching tutor’s pay and does not increase the fee charged to families. The same principles apply across all programmes, whether a referral is involved or not.
