• Baseline chat & interests map: a friendly conversation to surface hobbies, books, and topics your child can speak about naturally.
• Core skills coaching: answering in full sentences, adding detail (“because…”, “for example…”), reasoning aloud, and handling “I’m not sure yet” moments with confidence.
• Manners & interview behaviours: greetings, eye contact, listening and turn-taking, sitting well, speaking clearly, asking a simple question back.
• Mock interviews with feedback: realistic one-to-ones and (where relevant) group tasks that mirror common formats – picture discussion, show-and-tell, collaborative puzzles, and short mental-maths/reasoning prompts.
